2nd year Ottawa Senators‘ goaltender Robin Lehner(40) is supposed to continue his development in the AHL with their affiliate Binghamton Senators, who he was most valuable player for in their Cinderella Calder Cup Championship run last season, but I’m guessing that if he gets hot again like he did last postseason he will be more up in the NHL than down in the AHL.
He was recently recalled on an emergency basis and tonight he was stellar winning his first in his first start of the season with Ottawa vs. Toronto Maple Leafs 3-2.
The Swedish-born prospect is still only 20 years old.
