Maryland Black Bears‘ 1st year Swedish-born goalie William Hakansson(33) is looking to backstop his NAHL junior team to a Robertson Cup Championship from the looks of it.
The 6′ 179 lbs. net minder has a 3-0 playoff record with 1.53 GAA and .925 SV% to go along with the 24-8-3 mark with a 2.18 GAA and .912 SV% he posted during the season.
He will head to Lake Superior State University Huskies for 2023/2024 and will definitely help them up their chances to win more games.
Undrafted at 20-years old, we say he plays himself onto some NHL scouts radar.
