Undrafted Marlborough, MA native Bobby Butler(12) has enjoyed a good rookie season doing just about equal time in the AHL and NHL with Binghamton and Ottawa; and now with the Baby Sens for the Calder Cup run.
5th year pro Ryan Potulny(22) has been a bit of a rubber ball bouncing between 4 teams and NHL/AHL stints since 2006. He was dished at the trade deadline from the Chicago system to Ottawa and may find a nice spot for himself with the Senators.
Here he is very upset with a late second period penalty interference call, which didn’t result in a Monarchs‘ goal.

5th year pro Nate Guenin(7) was traded to Anaheim/Syracuse from Columbus/Springfield in a minor league deal at the start of 2011 but did not see playing time in the NHL with the Ducks after 3 games in 2010 with the Blue Jackets.
He was recently called up to practice with the team for Anaheim’s playoff run and could be called upon to play, although that seems a bit doubtful.
