#10 Boston College Eagles were coming off a pair of rough start losses and even though it took a period to get the jump, came out in the 2nd and won it with a 2nd tally for a 5-1 flattening on #8 University Of Denver Pioneers.

It was never really close, despite it going scoreless for a period, four BC players had multi-point efforts, include 3 for defenseman Drew Helleson(4), 2 for captain Marc McLauglin(25), 2 for forward Jack McBain(11) and 2 for right wing Colby Ambrosio(27).
