Babson College Beavers‘ senior goaltender Nolan Hildebrand(29) raised his 2022/2023 record to a 7-1-2 mark with a recent 4-1 victory over Salem State University Vikings.

The 6’2″ 185 lbs. net minder had a 17-save effort in his last game.

A Calgary, AB native, the 20-year old played 3 BCHL seasons.

His 10 appearances are more than double his previous highs with a best 1.70 GAA and .940 SV%.

Harvard University Crimson freshman forward Joe Miller(12) gets the game-winner in the Gatling gun 8-4 Sunday afternoon battle vs. sometime Beanpot nemesis Northeastern University Huskies.

The 5’9″ 146 lbs. doesn’t look that small forward is a Toronto Maple Leafs‘ 6th round pick in the 2020 draft (#180 overall).

At 20-years old, he looks to be the type of skater to finish out his college term, hopefully add to his size some and be ready, when the time calls for it.

In 13 games this season he has 6 goals and 4 assists with a +8 rating for the Minneapolis, MN native.

University Of Alaska-Anchorage Seawolves‘ graduate left wing Caleb Hite(51) got the game-winner in the 3-2 win over UMass-Lowell Riverhawks in the 2nd of 2 at Tsongas Center.

He has put up numbers this season that will definitely top the 4 goals he had as a sophomore at kind of close by University Of Alaska-Fairbanks Nanooks and the 6 assists he posted last season.

The 5’11” 190 lbs. forward has 3 goals and 4 assists in 16 games in the current frame.

He also played his 2nd NAHL junior hockey campaign for Fairbanks Ice Dogs, so the Grand Blanc, MI native has just about adopted Alaska has his new home state.

Undrafted, the hard playing pivot will be one to watch for an unrestricted free agent deal as he potentially turns pro.

UMass-Boston Beacons‘ junior, right wing Evan Googins(9) plays the game like a player obsessed.

In the opening round of the Codfish Bowl games at their home rink, he opened up for 2 tallies and his helper was on the game-winner for a 4-1 win to head to the Finals.

The 5’11” 190 lbs. forward came over from a pair of seasons at Norwich University Cadets, where he was basically inactive on their roster and failed to connect much on the scoresheet.

Heading to the closer school to his Braintree, MA home has paid off big, as he’s already good for new D3 college career best totals with 3 goals and 2 assists in 11 games.

He plays a hard-nosed style out there and will be a player to watch as he turns to his senior year.

It was a Saturday night non-conference battle at Boston Bruins‘ practice arena, Warrior Ice featuring the home Rivier University Raiders (Nashua, NH) vs. Framingham State University Rams, pitting two teams with near identical records.

The team from up north got on the scoreboard first with a goal late in the 2nd to break the ice, but an early 3rd period press by the other club from down the road would even things up at 1.

In the extra session, the Raiders kept pressing the 3-on-3 til they finally found light to win it 2-1.

Sophomore goaltender Luke Newell(29) stopped 28 of 29 shots for his 3rd win against 2 losses of the season.

Middlebury College Panthers make their annual visit down to Valley Forum for an NESCAC Division matchup vs. Tufts University Jumbos, a pair of teams with only one win apiece in the early going.

The game stayed scoreless through the 1st, but early in the 2nd freshman forward Cole Dubicki(24) lights the lamp for his 1st of the season and the home team just kept scoring to run the tally up to 5-0 by the finish.

Tufts University Jumbos welcome in NESCAC Division rivals Williams College Ephs to the Valley Forum for a matchup and the game is at a 0-0 stand still until late in the 2nd, when the visitors get on the board.

Sophomore forward Sean Clark(27) would get what would be the game-winner early in the third on the way to what would become a bit of a 4-1 tilted outcome for an eventual 2nd win of the season.

Framingham State University Rams welcome MASCAC division rivals, undefeated Plymouth State University Panthers to Loring Arena for a mid-week tilt and tie things up in the 2nd, heading into the 3rd 3-3, but a mid-period goal by 6′ 200 lbs. freshman center, Connor Tait(6) puts the visitors up by one to which they would add a power play tally late to take the 5-3 win.

The 8th ranked UConn Huskies pull into North Andover for a Hockey East battle vs. #12 Merrimack College Warriors at Lawler Arena.

The home team gets on the scoreboard 1st, but a period later it gets tied and then at around that same point in the 3rd the visitors took the lead to not look back on a 3-1 advantage.

Freshman Soviet-born net minder Arsenii Sergeev(30) increases his record to 6-1-1 on the season.

The battle of Rhode Island stops into Schneider Arena on a Saturday night in late November and the #8 ranked Providence College Friars have all they can handle with the team based just down the road, Brown University Bears.

Sophomore defenseman Jackson Mundo(23) connects for what would be the 3-2 game winner to capture the “Mayors Cup,” but the home team did fall behind 2 before making it a close contest.
