6th year center Matt Lane(21) has himself a decent enough start with new team Nottingham Panthers, scoring 2 goals and 3 assists in 14 EIHL games with a +1 rating.

The 5’11” 187 lbs. forward is coming off ECHL bests for Tulsa Oilers with 20 goals and 23 assists for 43 points as assistant captain.

He had equally strong scoring his first session away with Ritten/Renon, blitzing for 28 goals and 32 assists in 44 AlpsHL games.

The Rochester, NY native has always produced pretty well, consistently taking up his marks through 4 years at Boston University Terriers.

It will be interesting to see if the 27-year old looks elsewhere next or stays around England.

12th year center Andrew Rowe(19) scores a nice loan up to after 3 years of captain for SC Rapperswill-JonaLakers to participate with HC Davos for the upcoming Spengler Cup.

The 3-year Michigan State University Spartans‘ had a seriously good junior year before deciding to turn pro under contract with Adirondack Phantoms.

He split mostly of his playing time in North America, equally between the AHL and ECHL with just over 200 games in each league.

The 6’2″ 185 lbs. forward was a point-per-game guy at the lower level with a +69 rating, but got a contract in his final frame before leaving overseas, where he posted a 13 goals, 26 assists and 39 points for Bridgeport Sound Tigers to take to a nice new deal with Mora IK.

At 33-years old, he’s got to be pretty happy still contributing, signing good deals in great places to play hockey.

Colorado Avalanche sign 2nd year right wing Callahan Burke(68) after spending the entirety of his rookie campaign inked with affiliate Colorado Eagles.

The 5’10” 185 lbs. forward has 6 goals and 8 assists in 19 AHL games this season.

He had a pair of successful junior campaigns for Cedar Rapids Roughriders of the USHL before committing to University Of Notre Fighting Irish.

The 20-year old, Boxborough, MA native (down the street from where we grew up) was team captain as a senior and will likely continue to push the envelope for a 1st recall.

5th year defenseman Brock Beukeboom(25) is finding decent success with new club Glasgow Clan, scoring a goal and 5 assists in 14 EIHL games.

The solid 6’1″ 205 lbs. blue liner has been overseas for most of his career and really had a breakthrough campaign for Fehervari Titanok right away, scoring 17 goals and 26 assists in 47 Erste Liga games, but then decided to switch it up for a pair of years in Denmark’s Metal Ligaen, jumping between teams.

He definitely took a long path before turning pro, spending 5 seasons in the OHL before heading to University Of Prince Edward Island Panthers for the next 4 before signing in the ECHL.

The 29-year old is the son of Jeff Beukeboom, who happened to play some 804 NHL games.

University Of Alaska-Anchorage Seawolves‘ 2022/2023 restarted program commit, 2nd year Maryland Black Bears‘ center Conor Cole(13) has already tied last year’s assist mark at 18 from his first season and the goals are getting there with a new best +6 rating in 26 NAHL games.

The St. John, NL native played a couple seasons of OJHL for Toronto Patriots before coming to the U.S. to further his junior hockey.

Already at 20-years old, he should do well playing the open conference schedule.

Mercyhurst University Lakers‘ 2022/2023 commit, Maine Nordiques‘ 2nd year left wing Tyler Gaulin(8) looks to make an impact immediately upon arrival.

The 6′ 178 lbs. forward had originally agreed to head to University Of Maine Black Bears, but ultimately decides to head a little further west.

He was a very proficient scorer through high school hockey at Berwick Academy, where he was a more than point-per-game player from his sophomore year.

The 20-year old, Kingston, NH native probably just can’t wait to get started at his new school.

University Of Minnesota Golden Gophers‘ 2022/2023 commit, defenseman Ryan Chesley(27) could become the only US born defenseman to go in the first round of the upcoming 2022 NHL draft.

The 6′ 194 lbs. blue liner may not have the greatest numbers in two years with the USNTDP, but does play with a level of accountability that would be a welcome addition to any club.

He did have three super strong campaigns at Shattuck St. Marys.

The 17-year old from Mahtomedi, MN will be a good watch.
