Northeastern University Huskies‘ 2022/2023 commit, center Cameron Lund(46) is hitting the score sheet with decent frequency for new club Green Bay Gamblers, scoring 4 goals and 2 assists in 14 USHL games.

Last season he put up 17 goals and 17 assists in 40 USPHL/NCDC games with Junior Bruins.

The 6’2″ 185 lbs. 17-year will only turn 18 months before he enters school.

In his only full season of juniors, he would score 25 goals and 25 assists in 62 games before being selected in 2nd round of 2022 (#34 overall) by San Jose Sharks.

At college, he consistently rose scoring totals with 18 goals and 22 assists as a junior before leaving a year on the table to sign his entry level deal.

In his 2nd game, he scores himself a 1st NHL goal.

 

Northeastern University Huskies‘ junior center Matt Choupani(10) enters the transfer portal to try a new region of the country for his senior year 2024/2025 at Miami University (Ohio) Redhawks.

Undrafted, the 5’11” 185 lbs. forward didn’t quite have the season he had as a sophomore (10-9-19) and played a 3-year low games at 28, but stayed fairly on ice accountable in the tough to play Hockey East.

From Montreal, QC, he scored very well in youth hockey before being USHL drafted to play 2 scoring seasons for Des Moines Buccaneers before school.

The 22-year old is likely looking forward to what hockey style awaits him next.

He has 6 goals and a college best 10 assists last season and takes those numbers to a 1st pro contract with Savannah Ghost Pirates.

Plays 6 ECHL games with his new pro team, scores 3 assists and is a +6 rating, but has no playoffs, so signs with Grizzlys Wolfsburg for 2025/2026 to play some DEL hockey.

Los Angeles Kings‘ 7th round pick in the 2019 draft (#188 overall), Swedish-born, left wing Andre Lee(47) signed a 2-year NHL entry level deal after finishing up 3 years at UMass-Lowell Riverhawks with new college bests 16 goals and 28 points, then signs an ato with affiliate Ontario Reign to start his pro career.

The 6’4″ 204 lbs. forward played most of his youth hockey and the beginning of juniors back home with Farjestad BK, but did come over for a USHL season with Sioux Falls Stampede, scoring 20 goals and 15 assists, then winning the 2019 Clark Cup Championship.

In 10 AHL games, he has a pair of assists.

The 21-year old should impress in 2022 training camp.

Playing a solid game in the minors, he erupts for 4 goals in 8 playoff games last season to earn a spot on the opening night NHL roster, 2024 and plays 9 shifts for a conservative 5:54 of ice time with 2 shots on net in a 3-1 win.

In 19 games in the current frame, he picks up a 1st big league goal and 2 assists and they are liking what they see, so re-sign him for 2 additional seasons in a Kings‘ sweater.

Colorado College Tigers‘ junior, assistant captain center Noah Laba(26) leaves a year of school on the table to sign a 2-year NHL entry level contract with draft club, New York Rangers.

The 6’2″ 192 lbs. forward reported to affiliate Hartford Wolf Pack to get his pro career started and what do you know, pops in a 1st AHL goal in his debut.

He left college with 10 goals and 16 assists in 29 games, a little less than the spectacular run he had as a sophomore, running 20 goals and 17 helpers.

From Northville, MI, the 21-year old is moving on nicely.

Providence Capitals‘ 1st year defenseman Anton Petrovskiy(36) has 3 goals and 6 assists in 36 EHL games, which he will take to a Lebanon Valley College Dutchmen commit for 2025/2026.

The 6′ 201 lbs. blue liner from Detroit, MI has played in no less than 5 junior leagues.

He was able to work himself up through the ranks and even did a year in Canada.

At 21 years old, he is likely, finally ready to make a next step.

Ohio State University Buckeyes‘ graduate right wing Michael Gildon(18) takes a college best 5 goals in 34 games with a +3 rating last season to a 1st pro deal with Worcester Railers.

The 6’2″ 196 lbs. forward from Plano, TX played 2 seasons USNTDP and wasn’t too bad on the scoresheet.

We think the decently-sized skater finds more room for scoring opportunities in the ECHL.

He signs with Jacksonville Icemen for his rookie season, 2024/2025.

Actually, he ends up with Fort Wayne Komets and things go pretty smoothly with 5 goals and 3 assists with a +2 rating in 23 games, but gets himself traded to Allen Americans, who bring him home.
