He scored decently with 7 goal and 8 assists in 27 NCAA D3 games last season, but hasn’t been exactly the biggest point getter throughout his career.
The 5’10” 170 lbs. forward may find some room in the SPHL to get on the scoring sheet, which wouldn’t be a surprise to see, considering his dad is Teemu Selanne.
4th year center Ross Olsson(9) returns to Orlando Solar Bears, where he spent 10 ECHL games last season, potting 2 goals and 5 assists.
The 6’4″ 216 lbs. forward put up 2 goals and 2 assists straight out of 4 years at Endicott College Gulls, a place he 4 times struck for 10+ goals and twice for 20+ assists.
He did a couple of campaigns in tier 1 junior hockey, but eventually came home for his last year of USPHL Premiere before choosing a local school.
The 27-year old has managed a pair of AHL loans in 2 years, so he may just be playing his way up.
Anna Maria College Amcats‘ graduate center Gavin Proeh(16) maybe didn’t have his highest scoring totals with 5 goals and 11 assists in 22 games, but did leave last session with his highest plus/minus mark at 13.
The 6’2″ 192 lbs. forward will next take his game to HockeyTvaan, signing a 1-year deal with Amals SK.
A Highland Park, IL native, he was a good scorer in USHS-IL.
We think the 24-year old could become somewhat of a stud in Sweden’s tier 4 league.
Castleton University Knights‘ graduate defenseman Jahwara Rennells(5), who lists Sandy Hill, ON and Jamaica as places of birth, decides to turn pro and accepts an offer to join tier 3 Hockeyettan, signing for 2022/2023 with Helsingborgs HC.
The 5’9″ 194 lbs. blue liner had a college best 2 goals and 5 assists in 26 games last season.
He played most of three years in the CCHL before heading to school.
The 25-year old will likely catch on big in Sweden’s hockey league.
