Boston Jr. Rangers‘ Kazakhstan-born 2nd year left wing Tay Melis(10) takes 44 assists in 43 EHL games last season to a 2024/2025 commit at Albertus Magnus College Falcons for 2024/2025.

The 5’10” 170 lbs. forward actually did half of his 1st junior season in the lower EHLP for 17 games before being elevated.

He did his high school in the PA area and the 20-year old must be ready for his next step to college hockey and education.

Elmira College Soaring Eagles‘ senior left wing Nicholas Domitrovic(8) signs for 2024/2o25 in France2 with Les Ours-de-Villard.

The 5’10” 181 lbs. forward scored a college best 18 goals and 20 assists in 28 games with a +25 rating last season.

From Ottawa, ON, he did 3 CCHL seasons before committing to college.

We do think the 24-year old will do well with the 2023/2024 league champs next season.

4th year right wing Brady Fleurent(94) scored what was the eventual game-winner into an empty net, as Adirondack Thunder clinched the final spot in the ECHL Kelly Cup Playoffs.

The 5’9″ 170 lbs. forward seems to have found his team to hopefully stick with after coming up through the SPHL, where he spent all of 2020/2021 and most of his 1st and 3rd seasons.

This campaign was his first mostly spent up in the higher league and the former University Of New England Nor’easters 3-time 35 assist player looks ready to stick.

From Biddeford, ME, the 28-year old is likely just happy to be given a chance.

He returns for a 5th season with Knoxville Ice Bears, but through 12 games blows up scoring to the tune of 9 goals and 4 assists to grab himself a loan up, is signed to Atlanta Gladiators and just may stick.

Arriving finally on loan a 2nd time to Norfolk Admirals, he plays to stick with 13 goals and 16 assists in 32 games with a +15 rating and he is easily on the short list to return for 2024/2025.

University Of Wisconsin-River Falls Falcons graduate right wing Mike Gelatt(27) wastes little time signing a pto with Peoria Rivermen to get some pro playing time experience in.

The 6’3″ 205 lbs. forward was good last season, but maybe not quite what he was able to put together as a senior for Skidmore College Thoroughbreds, when he got 11 goals and 12 assists in 25 games before getting eliminated in  the NEHC Tournament Final.

He has a 1st SPHL goal in his 6th sighting and 2 assists in 7 total matchups thus far.

The 25-year old from Middletown, NJ could easily play himself up a level.

He comes away with 11 goals and 16 assists in 34 games with a +14 rating, then adds 6 points in 7 playoff matchups.

For 2024/2025, he receives a 2-way ECHL contract with the new Bloomington Bison.
