After spending one season in North America, 10th year center Josh Hennessy(11) headed back overseas playing a few years in the KHL with moderate success.
He opted out halfway through 2014/2015 to try his hand at Swedish pro hockey signing with Vaxjo Lakers and subsequently helped them win the SHL Championship.
The 30-year old was considered pivotal in the team’s success and offered another two year deal to continue.
