After four years of putting up decent numbers at Bentley College, undrafted center Brett Switzer(25) will start his pro career with Dundee Stars of the EIHL.
In 146 games the Calgary, AB native put up 45 goals and 65 assists for 110 points with a very accountable +44 rating and little time each campaign spent in the penalty box.
At 5’9″ 170 lbs. he’s a small-ish pivot but has great hands and knows how to find the open spots on the ice for scoring opportunities, as he also did through three seasons of juniors close to home in the AJHL with Spruce Grove Saints, where he was close to a point-per-game player.
The already 25-year old rookie should find his game pretty quickly and become an impact player in the English league.
