Entering his 5th pro year for 2019/2010, C.J. Motte(1) has announced his intention to try something new signing with HC Innsbruck of Erste Bank Eishockey Liga.
It’s his first foray overseas and we’re pretty sure he will find some good success.
He leaves with solid numbers in the AHL having backstopped 19 games mostly on loan from ECHL contract clubs but this season actually signed a one-year two-way deal with Iowa Wild and did get in for four games.
His 2.25 GAA and .921 SV% with two shutouts and a 7-4 record.
The 27-year old will likely not be looking back.
