St. Lawrence University Saints‘ Latvian-born, junior left wing Felikss Gavars(25) put up a college best 13 goals, 12 assists and team high 25 points in 37 games last season.
The 5’11” 183 lbs. forward came over pretty quickly to attend school here and of course play hockey before doing 1 USHL season with Fargo Force, showing similar numbers to his last frame, before college.
He was on that team from his country that surprised lots of folks in the 2022 IIHF World Juniors.
Undrafted, we definitely expect the 21-year old to continue to take up his game.
