Maryland Black Bears‘ 1st year Swedish-born center Gabriel Westling(9) is putting up some nice numbers: 10 goals and 16 assists in 42 NAHL games with a +20 rating, heading into the playoffs as the top-seed in their division.
For 2023/2024, he commits to St. Lawrence University Saints, where he’ll likely make strong ECAC contributions.
He played all of his youth hockey back home before arriving for a single frame of juniors before college.
The 6’4″ 203 lbs. 19-year old forward is one to watch.
