Clarkson University Golden Knights‘ junior right wing Luke Mobley(24) will try out his senior year at Augustana College Vikings new NCAA Division 1 team for 2023/2024.
The big 6’3″ 216 lbs. forward had a pair of good junior seasons, starting in the NAHL with Fairbanks Ice Dogs, then moving up to the USHL for a 22-goal frame before college.
From St. Louis Park, MN, the 23-year old is likely to welcome the challenge of his new division, CCHA.
He takes almost 2 identical frames at his new school to signing a 1st pro deal with Iowa Heartlanders.
In 11 regular season ECHL games had 2 assists, then struck for 1 goal and 3 assists in 5 playoff games with a +1 rating.
He will need a contract for 2025/2026.
