Boston Bruins‘ 6th round pick in the 2020 draft (#182 overall), Providence College Friars‘ junior center Riley Duran(59) may just have the hardest shot in all of NCAA Ice Hockey.
He is once again a standout at 2023 Development Camp.
The 6’2″ 181 lbs. Woburn, MA native takes a junior season at college to a 2-year NHL entry level deal with the team that selected him, like everyone knew was going to happen.
He will report to their affiliate Providence Bruins and get to play as a pro in front of friends.
After scoring a new high 12 goals with the affiliate, he scores his 1st NHL recall and skates 20 shifts for 13:36 of ice time with 2 shots on net, 4 hits and went 100% on the face-off dot with a -1 rating in a 5-2 loss.
