South Shore Kings‘ 1st year goaltender Ryan Keyes(35) changes up his commitment to a much greater Hockey East challenge with Merrimack College Warriors, who may be able to use him as an incoming freshman.

He’s taking a stellar 31-7-0 record with a 2.06 GAA and .926 SV% to his new school.

The 6’2″ 172 lbs. net minder did a mostly unsuccessful frame in the NAHL and also missed his mark in his 1st USPHL/NCDC year with a different club before starting to find his footing last season, especially in the playoffs.

From Fairbanks, AK, the 20-year old is likely ready for his next step, as he tries to take his team deep in the playoff run.
