UMASS-Boston Beacons‘ graduate goaltender Sam Best(33) posted a 1-0 shutout against the #13 nationally ranked Norwich University Cadets in a major D3 upset for his 2nd blanking of the season.

He finishes up what has been a stellar 4 years at school and signs a 1st pro deal with Macon Mayhem and should be tending his 1st SPHL imminently.
