Tufts University Jumbos‘ senior captain defenseman Sam Miller(44) may not have any points through the 1st 2 games, but he is playing like once he connects, he will clear his college bests 7 goals and 12 assists, set in his junior frame.

The 6’1″ 180 lbs. blue liner came over after his freshman year at American International College Yellowjackets, where he appeared in a scant 4 games, but did come away with a tally.

He was a huge scorer in his final junior session in the NAHL with Shreveport Mudbugs, scoring 16 goals and 24 assists with a +15 rating, giving him Defenseman Of The Year honors.

From Milwaukee, WI, the 24-year old looks like a leader out there.
