The 5’11” 183 lbs. forward scored big as a senior in high school, then went north for his 1st junior experience in the AJHL, where he scored well with Spruce Grove Saints.

From Agawam, MA, the 20-year old should definitely help them take up scoring in the NEHC.

12th year center Nick Shore(23) swaps close to 2 years, scoring good numbers with HV71 for 1 at Linkoping HC 2024/2025.

He scored 15 tallies last season with South Shore Kings of the USPHL/NCDC.

The 6’1″ 185 lbs., Scottsdale, AZ native exploded the scoresheet in his 2nd year at T1EHL 16U for close by home Colorado Thunderbirds 16U AAA, scoring 33 goals and 56 assists with a +69 rating.

He plays a big, power forward style that should fit in nicely as an ECAC freshman.

2 years in Rhode Island is enough for him, as he enters the transfer portal to next skate at Clarkson University Golden Knights, starting in his junior year.

We look for his style to continue to gain interest.

Cortland College Red Dragons‘ senior goaltender Jack Riedell(1) signs an amateur tryout offer with Rapid City Rush after posting a 12-3-0 record with 2.20 GAA and .935 SV% in 2023/2024.

The 6’3″ 191 lbs. backstop came from 3 very strong USPHL Premier seasons with the top-rated Charlotte Rush, earning a league best 1.61 GAA and .940 SV% in his final frame on a 25-5-0 record.

We look for him to do really well in the ECHL, if given the chance.

6th year left wing Ryan Scarfo(39) gets mid-season ECHL trade to Worcester Railers from Savannah Ghost Pirates as his plus/minus maybe becomes a bit of a problem, but has a team that wants to bring him in.

The 6′ 190 lbs. forward has 4 assists in 11 games with his new team, fighting for a playoff spot.

He was a three-time assistant captain for Union College Dutchmen, scoring 20 goals and 16 assists in 39 games as a senior.

Just one season ago, he put up 12 goals and 22 assists for South Carolina Stingrays.

The 30-year old from North Chelmsford, MA is playing hockey close to home now and likely just needs a good team to continue his game with, but gets waived, only to be picked up quickly by Jacksonville Icemen, where he gets inserted immediately for a goal in his debut and now has 1 tally and 1 assist in 5 playoff games.

Brown University Bears‘ senior, captain Jordan Tonelli(27) has 3 goals and 4 assists in 14 games, which will flirt with his college bests he posted as a junior, 7 goals and 10 assists.

The 6′ 190 lbs. plays power forward style all the way.

He was decently solid through 2 years of USHL with Cedar Rapids RoughRiders.

Undrafted, the son of former New York Islanders, John Tonelli, we think he should transfer to a better school for a year, because that will make him a more desirable unrestricted free agent going forward.

He puts up 7 points in 16 games in his final year in R.I. and heads to RPI Engineers for a year of eligibility, which we definitely still think is a good idea.
